Long-form blog content with the simplest research should be at least 1,000 words. Prices start at $150.
Prices can change when there are retainer agreements.
For whitepapers, prices start at $2,000.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about my B2B content writing services.
I charge at least USD $0.20 per word. Price may change depending on the content type and project scope.
However, my preference is to charge on a retainer/per project/monthly basis. That’s because basing the costs per word doesn’t serve the betterment of the content’s quality.
I also offer a monthly fee for retainers which will depend on the project scope.
I accept payments either through Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal. If I had to choose, my go-to is Wise.
For clients from the Philippines, I accept GCash, BDO, or Unionbank payments.

It depends as I may have current bookings/clients. The safest bet is to email me, or message me through my LinkedIn. I respond faster through my LinkedIn, but I check my emails regularly, too.
No, I don’t write using ChatGPT or any similar tool. No shame to those who do.
The most I have used it for is to give me synonyms of a word. I also LOVE using it to detect the tone of a sentence I wrote. Sometimes, a sentence might read neutral to me but appears differently to others and vice versa.
So far, I haven’t used it to submit any full-blown piece of content, edited or not. Unless a client asks me.

That depends on you.
Some clients opted to contact me through only emails.
Others have added me into their Slack channel or Trello boards.
It depends on your content production, really. I don’t mind either way. However, I will ask you during the onboarding process what you preferred communication channels are.
Even if you don’t message me while I’m doing the work, I will give you regular updates during key parts of the process.

Once you’ve decided to work with me, here’s how the content writing process will go.
Here we’ll discuss the parameters of our working relationship.
Things we’ll be clarifying will be who the point person will be, what the weekly/monthly deadlines will be, word count range, your preferred contact touchpoint (Slack, Trello, etc.), monthly payment plans, etc.
- If you already have a content brief, then I don’t have to pitch ideas.
- If you DON’T have content ideas, then I can pitch a few that are most relevant to your needs.
- Ideally, you should have a content brief in place that includes the topic, target keywords, audience, and brief summary of the content idea.
- After we’re clear on the content, I’ll send you an outline.
- The outline will give you an idea of the Headings and Subheadings to expect in the content.
- You can add or revise the outline so you’re satisfied with the content we’re covering.
- Once you’ve approved the outline, it’s time for you to step back, relax, and let me do the writing.
- Research. Research. Research.
- Write. Write. Write.
- Depending on the content, I might need to get some of your input occasionally throughout the writing process.
- I’ll be sending the first draft your way for your approval.
- You get up to two major revisions for the draft.
- I then do any revisions you ask.
- Once all is good and revisions are done, you’ll get the content for you to publish.
- Content includes SEO content practices, plagiarism checker proof (Copyscape), and any other checks that you may require.
